How Do I Order On The Lang Van Web Site?

Shopping at Langvan.com is like shopping at your favorite store--just a whole lot easier. Explore our easy-to-use web site with these steps:

• Browse our specialty catogery by clicked on CDs, DVDs, VCDs,... or use our Quick Search to find what you want.  A list of products will be displayed.  Click on NEXT or PREV to view the next or previous products.
  
  
• If you're interested in purchasing an item, click on BUY symbos.  The item will be placed in your: Virtual Shopping Basket. You can access to your shopping basket at any time by clicking on CHECK OUT on the upper right of the screen or at the bottom of list of products.
  
  
• Click on name of product for a detailed description which includes song's names and singers.  You can also purchase the product by click on BUY, or access your shopphing basket when click on CHECK OUT, or return to the list of products when click on RETURN LIST.
  
  Virtual Shopping Basket. You can return to your shopping basket at any time by clicking on Basket in the upper right of the screen. The quantity, description, stock availability and price of each item in your basket will be displayed, along with the total shipping charges and cost.
  
  
• When you check out, the shopping program will display all items that you have purchased.  The subtotal is the total cost of items in your basket not includes shipping cost and taxes.
  
  
• You can adjust the items in your basket at any time up when you check out. If you want to purchase two or more the same item, click on Edit Quantity button to change amout of items.  If you desire to remove an items off your basket, click on Remove Items button.
  
  
• If you change your mind, and want to purchase more products, you can click on Continue Shopping button to return the previous list, or click on category CDs, DVDs, VCDs,... on top menu.
  
  One basket is all you need for shopping at all our specialty stores. Put in as much stuff as you want--you don't have to carry it!
  
  
• Click on Complete Secure Order button when you're done shopping. You'll be asked to fill out some information for easy but secure access to your order and shipping.
  
  
• After fill in order form, click on Verify Order button, your order will be checked for any missing information.  You will be asked to verify your order with subtotal, shipping cost, and sale taxe.  If nothing is wrong, click on Submit Order for Processing.  Your order will complete online security process.

How Do I Calculate Shipping Cost?

Langvan.com charges shipping cost base on category of items and location of your country.  Refer to table above for shipping cost of your order.

How Long I Receive My Order?

To calculate your total time for delivery, you must also take into consideration the process time of the product. Therefore: 

Total time for delivery = Process time + Shipping time

Normally, the process time for your order is about 24 hours on weekday and 48 hours on weekend.  The shipping time is depended on location of your country.  For shipping to the continental United States only, the shipping time is 5 - 7 business days.  For international, shipping time is about 2 - 4 weeks.

How Do I Cancel Order After Submit?

To cancel the your order after submit, you need to contact sale department of Lang Van Productions in the process time (24 - 48 hours.)  You can write a cancel email to: sales@langvan.com or contact on phone at (714)-894-2233.
